Whether the client is voluntarily seeking to assess and change career paths or comes to us as a result of a layoff or corporate outplacement, we provide the experience, insight, guidance, and support necessary to accomplish the successful transition. Our Platinum Program begins with an in-depth assessment which examines the talents, transferable skills, career history, and personal and professional preferences of the client. Plan... Based on the assessment, our project managers develop a customized marketing plan, including professional credentials which are reviewed in detail with the client and refined until we and the client are satisfied that the final product represents the client in his or her best light for their specific career goals. Before launching the campaign in the marketplace, the client's lead project manager meets at length, one-on-one, with the client to review and explain the positions and industry options presented in the marketing plan as well as the different resources available through Johnson Abbotts International's program to be used to achieve the plan objectives, including, as appropriate for the client, Executive Recruiters, Venture Capital Firms, Interim-to-Permanent Assignments, exclusive job listings, the "Blitz" distribution of the client's profile and research capabilities for over 150,000 public, private and growth companies. Communication and interpersonal skills are developed, reviewed, and refined, to incorporate the unique interviewing and follow-up formats developed by Johnson Abbotts International and used successfully with hundreds of clients. Personal presentation and appearance are assessed and modified as required to prepare the client for interviews. "Connectworking" strategies are developed, reinforced, implemented and incorporated into the personalized marketing plan. Members of the firm, as a team, work with the client to develop a detailed weekly plan of action which keeps the client focused and encourages efficient budgeting of time and resources to ensure that an appropriate position is found in minimal time. In addition, the firm's copyrighted Career Transitions Program Guide is used to further keep the campaign focused and on schedule. The Campaign... Throughout the campaign, the project managers and the client keep in contact to ensure that the campaign stays on track and to make adjustments in the marketing strategy as the need arises. Interview preparation and practice are conducted so that the client becomes extremely comfortable with his or her ability to present themselves and to convert the interview to an offer. Our research department constantly collects and updates information regarding the marketplace and develops and provides to the clients research with respect to targeted industries and relevant companies, both public and private. Johnson Abbotts International has developed relationships with select national organizations which are retained by companies throughout the United States to fill their various employment needs. Our project managers evaluate these opportunities and, if appropriate, submit client resumes to these contacts. As interviews are obtained, our project managers provide research on the prospective employer and coach the client on specific questions, answers, and interview skills aimed at that particular opportunity. The project managers follow-up with the client immediately after the interview for post-interview critiques and strategies for getting to the next step in the conversion process. The New Position...
Once the client receives an offer, our project managers direct the client in evaluating and negotiating the total compensation package.
